Policies
Here at SKN Medical Spa, your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments needing to be made.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of our clients, we ask that you let us know as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment by calling and speaking with our receptionist or leaving a message.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancelation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services at SKN Med Spa.
After ONE no show or late cancellation, we will require an active credit card on your file. All future no shows and/or late minute cancellations will then be charged to that card.
If there is an issue with a service/product you received, please notify SKN immediately.
